Using R2R

Practical tips for reading, printing and working through the service.

Make text easier to read

Use your browser’s zoom controls. Work through one question at a time, and use “I’m not sure” when available rather than guessing.

Use a keyboard

Use Tab to move between links and controls, Enter to open links, and Space to select checkboxes. Embedded assistants have their own controls.

Keep a copy

Use your browser’s Print command for public guidance pages, or the download options available in your service for documents. Check that the whole document is included before saving or printing.

Getting help from someone you trust

You can ask someone to help read questions or organise records. Review answers together before submitting and keep control of your account. Do not share passwords or sign-in links.

Save before taking a break

Public quick checks are not a saved case. In the guided service, follow the save instructions and look for confirmation before closing. Return through My R2R Account.

If a feature is difficult to use

Record the page and the difficulty you encountered without including unnecessary personal details. Check the Contact page for a published support method. Alternative formats and personal assistance should be confirmed with R2R when a working support route is available.

These tips are not a claim that every R2R page or embedded service has passed an accessibility audit.
